TV personality Tomike Adeoye gave her fans the best news during the weekend which is— She is pregnant with her first child! She uncovered this on her second wedding anniversary, Saturday, April 10, 2021.

The actress and TV host posted a photo of herself and her husband, Tosin to celebrate their traditional anniversary, with a caption:

Sharon Ooja obviously had the time of her life at her 30th birthday party last weekend. The Nollywood Star became a year older Tuesday, April 6 but she saved the celebration for the ideal time.

The actress’ birthday party was definitely a vibe because there’s nothing like a celebration with your favorite people around.

Sharon hosted a number of family & friends and colleagues in the entertainment industry to a night of merriment in Lagos. Which includes: Bovi and his wife, Toke Makinwa, Jemima Osunde, Ini Dima-Okojie, Timini Egbuson, Ms DSF, Enado Odijie, Dorathy Bachor and many more. New mum, Adesua Etomi-Wellington, was among those who showed up as well.

Amanda Gorman who became the youngest poet to perform at a presidential inauguration has become the first poet to star on the cover of Vogue magazine. It’s yet another milestone for Gorman after she made history at President Joe Biden’s inauguration. She noted on Instagram that she was “the first poet ever” to appear on Vogue’s cover.
“I am eternally grateful and do not expect to be the last,” she wrote, “for what is poetry if not beauty?”

Vogue unveiled both covers on social media Wednesday, April 7, 2021.

Speaking to Vogue, Gorman said she’s incredibly grateful to have been so well received. “It took so much labor, not only on behalf of me, but also of my family and of my village, to get here,” she said.

In the feature story, written by Doreen St. Félix, the 23-year-old opens up about topics from her support system (including none other than Oprah Winfrey) and her love of Lin-Manual Miranda, to how she drew writing inspiration from Anne of Green Gables and aims to one day become president (with the blessings of Hillary Clinton and Michelle Obama).

The Los Angeles-based Gorman shared the “unveiling” of her cover in an Instagram video with her mother, Joan Wicks, whose reaction via Zoom was priceless. “That’s my daughter! That’s my daughter on Vogue!”
